The Error: DU is able to run, however, the issue is DTI is showing at 999.99% which is incorrect.
Example of Error:
DTI is 999.99%
Self Employed Borrower with no Income
The issue is related to the VOE of the borrower being marked as “Self-Employed” but with no value in the “Monthly Income (or Loss)” field. The new URLA requires the income to be inputted into the “Monthly Income (or Loss)” instead of “Base Pay” when the check box is marked as self-employment. Once the value has been moved, it should resolve the extremely high percentage for DTI.
