This guide will briefly overview the features and functionality of Underwriting Connect on the ConnectGS platform.
Open the navigation menu on the far-left then select AssistGS Applications then Underwriting Connect to load the tool:
The initial view (Current Queue) displays files currently in the Underwriting queue in tabular form:
The data can be sorted by value simply by clicking on each column label. Specific data can be found using the search bar located in the table header.
Clicking on the ellipses icon for each file in the table will load an options menu that displays loan information, allows secondary execution rules to be run, and allows the eFolder documents to be viewed and edited:
For example, selecting the eFolder option displays which category each document resides in and provides options to upload or download files for each category. Use the search bar at the top to filter results:
Post Closing Conditions
The Post Closing Conditions menu is similar in layout to the Current Queue section. Files that need attention are listed in tabular form. Files that have been addressed or reviewed are marked with a yellow icon on the far-right of the table for each entry:
Clicking on the ellipses icon for each file in the table loads another options menu that displays loan information, allows the eFolder documents to be accessed and edited, and provides a location for notes relating to the conditions that need addressed:
