1. Setting up MFA
***This first half of the section shows the setup via sign out/sign in, while the second half will show the setup via the link.***
Sign out/ Sign in
1.1. Sign out of gsfmail.com and sign back in, you will be prompted to provide more information to setup the Multi-Factor Authentication (or MFA for short.)
1.2. You will then be brought to a screen that will have you select the methods which you would like to set MFA. You can setup an Authentication Phone Number that you get called or texted to, set up an Office Phone Number, or use a Mobile App (such as the Microsoft Authenticator.) You can setup multiple methods, such as having a phone number to text in the event that you accidentally delete your Authenticator App.

1.3. When setting up MFA through the link to https://aka.ms/MFASetup, you will be brought to a page that will let you setup any number of methods for MFA on one page, as well as the devices that are currently paired with your account.
