The Gold Star Payment Portal is a valuable tool available to both borrowers and originators with information that is helpful and easy to access. If a payment is due to Gold Star the borrower can use it to:
- See their loan number.
- View their total payment amount along with a breakdown of P&I and Escrow.
- Make a payment with or without a curtailment.
- See contact information for their loan officer.
If the loan has already been sold to a new investor, the Payment Portal is still a great point of reference. Borrowers and originators can use it to see who the new investor is and obtain contact information for them.
You can access the Payment Portal by going to www.goldstarfinancial.com and clicking the “Make a Payment” button at the top of the screen:
To pull up the loan information they’ll need to enter the last four digits of their social security number and their property address zip code. If that data matches more than one account, an additional screen will be presented asking for more address verification information. Once logged in they’ll see this screen:
If no payment is due, the payment section on the right will be replaced with the name of their new investor and important contact information.
If you or the borrower are unable to log into the portal, please contact Servicing at firstname.lastname@example.org. This is usually because the property address was entered into Encompass including the extra four digits on the zip code.
